These first two are photos taken from the upstairs living room in the front building, which is the hostel building. The buildings in the distance are in the backyard (but not in the far distance way in the background). That is the roof of the studio that you can see in the middle.
This is the front door to my studio and the cottage on the right, where Kristina and Riki live. The other photo shows the view out my front door, which is the walkway over to the hostel building, through a cute little sitting area with lots of plants.
The two photos above are of the backyard outside my studio and the cottage. It's a great backyard! They have chickens and a garden, with lemon trees also. Malu harvested six ears of corn this morning! There is also taro planted, and lettuce I think too.
Above is the living room of the hostel. The other photo is of Maria's office, and she is with Terry (the night manager) and Jilliane. She is a nice Canadian woman that is Mike on a Bike met at the hostel and they are now dating.
A pretty mural painting on the wall in the living room. Kristina and Riki really liked the painting job and my choice of colors that I did in the studio. (no relation to this mural) They are talking about having me do some painting in the private rooms of the hostel.
